Within 2-3 business days we will provide you with the names and contact details of 3 suitable and available VAs for you to review.

All of the VAs referred to you via our Matchmaking Service are ‘Verified’ Members of the VANNZ.

Verified Members are some of the most experienced Virtual Assistants in the country, with many having niched down to offer specialty services, thus becoming the go-to VAs in their field of expertise.

Verified Members have met strict criteria including:

  • Have been in business for 12+ months;

  • Have an active website to direct visitors to;

  • Are either registered as a LTD company or Sole Trader; and

  • Have been referenced checked.

Terms & Conditions

VANNZ will within 3 business days provide you with 3 potential candidates that have passed our verified membership check. Once provided, you will have the opportunity to interview and select your assistant who will then work directly for you as a general contractor.

VANNZ is not involved in the hiring or managing of your assistants, we will simply connect you with the most qualified candidates from our Network and you are free to forge a business relationship with your new assistant according to your needs.

If you are not satisfied with the candidates provided to you in the first batch, please notify us via email and we will send you a second batch of candidates within 5 business days from the day after we receive your email.

VANNZ is not responsible for the conduct of the virtual assistant you hire and the virtual assistant is not an employee of the VANNZ. You will enter into a relationship with the assistant in a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. Any issues related to poor performance, miscommunication or conduct of the assistant is the sole responsibility of the Client (you) and the virtual assistant in question.
